The dimensions of the structures depend on the client's request and have in mind the manufacture of a wooden house with a built area of ​​up to 40 sqm.

Supported weight (load bearing)

The load-bearing capacity of wooden structures results from the calculations of the resistance determined by the nature of the land, the architecture and the climatic factors.

Structure

  • The structures are made of: pillars, beams, frames, panels for side walls, empty spaces for doors and windows, floors and ceilings; compartment walls.
  • The roof includes panels and boarding on the roof. It is made of treated soft wood and OSB boards.

The client's order must be accompanied by the architectural documentation. For now, we limit ourselves to the execution of structures for a house without floor, without thermal insulation and waterproofing. These are available at this time.


Depending on the complexity of the structures, the execution and installation terms can be between 2 and 4 months.
